For Dutch Hajj and Umrah travel organisations we provide the medical preparation of entire groups: meningococcal ACWY, advice on other vaccinations and the international vaccination certificate.
Group appointment in one session
Your entire travel group is vaccinated at one time, with a male or female practitioner on request.
Evening and weekend slots
We are available every day between 10:00 and 22:00, so working travellers do not need time off.
Certificates for the whole group
Every participant receives the international vaccination certificate straight away, ready for the Nusuk upload.
One fixed contact person
You arrange the planning with one contact person and, if desired, receive a single invoice for the group.

Frequently asked questions
Can we have a whole group vaccinated at once?
Yes. We schedule groups in a single session, including evenings and weekends, so your travellers do not have to come separately.
Do all participants receive a vaccination certificate?
Every participant receives the international vaccination certificate immediately after vaccination, completed and signed.
Does the organisation or the traveller pay?
Both are possible. Travellers can pay individually, or you receive a single invoice for the whole group.
How far in advance should we plan?
Meningococcal ACWY must be given at least ten days before arrival. Preferably plan four to six weeks before departure.
