Vaccination for company staff

    NGOs & postings

    Posted staff fully protected

Posted staff and volunteers stay longer, live closer to the local population and more often work where medical care is limited. The advice therefore differs clearly from that for a holiday traveller.

DKliniek builds a full programme per posting: which vaccines now, which during home leave, and what to do after a bite, a needlestick injury or fever far from a hospital.

For teams departing together we schedule a shared block and record what each person received, so your organisation has a complete overview.

    What we typically arrange

    • Hepatitis A and B
    • DTP and typhoid
    • Pre-exposure rabies vaccination for long stays
    • Yellow fever with international certificate
    • Meningococcal ACWY for the African meningitis belt
    • Malaria prophylaxis and, where appropriate, a standby treatment plan

    How this works in practice

    Two-year posting

A staff member leaves for two years in eastern Congo. Full schedule including pre-exposure rabies and agreed boosters during home leave.

    Volunteer group

Twelve volunteers travel to Ghana together. One evening block, individual advice per person and an overview for the organisation.

    Rapid response team

A team departs for a disaster area within 72 hours. We give what is possible immediately and record what follows on arrival or after return.
