Vaccination for company staff

    Travel agencies & tour operators

Send your travellers away properly prepared

Travel agencies and tour operators are asked the same question every day: which vaccinations do I need? DKliniek takes that off your plate. We handle the travel health advice and vaccinations for your customers so you can focus on the trip.

We work with fixed referral arrangements: you hand your customer a referral or link, we schedule quickly and confirm when the traveller is fully covered. For group trips we block a slot so the whole group is seen back to back.

Because we work evenings and weekends, your travellers do not have to take time off. For departures within a few days we can usually still see them the same week.

    What we typically arrange

    • Destination-specific travel advice following the Dutch LCR guidelines
    • Hepatitis A and B
    • DTP (diphtheria, tetanus, polio)
    • Typhoid
    • Yellow fever with international certificate
    • Meningococcal ACWY for Hajj and Umrah trips
    • Malaria prophylaxis by prescription

    How this works in practice

    Group trip to Gambia

A tour operator registers 22 travellers departing in five weeks. We schedule two evening blocks, give each traveller individual advice and hand the group back fully vaccinated.

    Last-minute departure

A customer books a trip to Kenya on Thursday, leaving Sunday. Yellow fever and the first hepatitis A dose can be given the same day, with clear instructions for after their return.

    Standing referral

A tour operator adds a booking link to its confirmation email. Travellers schedule themselves and the operator no longer answers medical questions.
