    Yellow Fever - Recommended (G1)

    Yellow fever is endemic. Vaccination recommended. Required when transiting from high-risk area (any transit duration). Endemisch. Aanbevolen voor gebieden <2300m. Verplicht bij binnenkomst vanuit Angola, Brazilië, Congo en Oeganda. Niet nodig voor Bogotá.

    Malaria risk

    Malaria risk in areas <1700m. No risk in Bogotá, Medellín, Cartagena.

    Vaccination available for risk areas with dengue.

    When to start vaccinating?

    Plan your vaccinations ideally 6-8 weeks before departure. Some vaccinations require multiple doses for full protection. For yellow fever, you must be vaccinated at least 10 days before arrival.
