Packages differ mainly in accommodation, distance to the holy sites and duration. Once you know the three main types, comparing offers becomes much easier.

Hajj packages on Nusuk differ in hotel class, distance to the Haram, length of stay and the type of accommodation in Mina (shifting or non-shifting). Always compare what is included before booking; booking and payment run only through the platform.

All-inclusive
An all-inclusive package contains every essential service for the whole journey, so you do not need to arrange anything separately along the way.

Shifting
With a shifting package you stay close to the holy sites during Hajj and have a second accommodation in Mecca, often nearer the Grand Mosque. You therefore change hotel once.
Non-shifting
With a non-shifting package you keep the same accommodation throughout your stay in Mecca. That is calmer, because you do not have to move with your luggage.
Hotel classes and duration
- 5 star: highest comfort, generally closest to the mosque
- 4 star: a balance between comfort and price
- 3 star and residential buildings: simpler, often for longer stays
- Minimum duration: 6 days for Mashair packages
- Minimum duration: 10 days for non-shifting
- Minimum duration: 14 days for shifting
What to look for when comparing
- The walking distance to the Grand Mosque and to the Jamarat
- The number of people per room
- Whether meals and transport are genuinely included
- The guidance offered and the language it is given in
- Whether support is available for older pilgrims or people with a disability
