How far in advance should you vaccinate for Hajj?
Many pilgrims arrange their vaccinations only once the package is confirmed. This page sets out the applicable timings and what is still possible when departure is close.

Short answer
Preferably come four to six weeks before departure. Meningococcal ACWY must be given no later than ten days before arrival in Saudi Arabia; that is the hard limit. If you are later, it is often still possible: we have evening and weekend slots and can usually fit you in within a few days.
Planning your vaccination
- Meningococcal ACWY, required for Saudi Arabia
- International vaccination certificate straight away
- Evening and weekend appointments, every day 10:00 to 22:00
The timings at a glance
- Four to six weeks before departure: ideal, all series still fit
- Ten days before arrival: final date for meningococcal ACWY
- Hepatitis A already protects from about two weeks after the dose
- With a chronic condition or pregnancy: come earlier, so there is room for discussion
When departure is close
We are available every day between 10:00 and 22:00 and also work evenings and weekends. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp if your departure is within two weeks; we will then see what is still feasible for the ten-day rule.
Information about registration and packages is based on the official Nusuk Hajj platform of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Registration and payment take place there only; DKliniek provides the medical preparation.
