What do you say to someone going on Umrah?
Many people look for the right words at departure or on return. Below are the most commonly used wishes.

Short answer
The common phrase is 'Umrah maqbula wa dhanb maghfur', meaning an accepted Umrah and forgiven sins. Shorter versions are 'Umrah maqbool' or simply wishing someone a blessed and safe journey. On return people often say 'Umrah maqbula' or, after Hajj, 'Hajj mabroor'.
